The Dillon Baronetcy of Lismullen, in County Meath was created in 1801. Sir John Dillon of Lismullen, Lavan, Ireland, succeeded Sir John Dillon, 6th Baronet (1806–1875), and was in turn succeeded by Sir Robert Dillon, 8th Baronet (1914–1982), brother of Michael Dillon (née Laura Dillon). The Baronetcy became extinct with the death of the 8th Baronet in 1982.
Life:
He bought Chelsea in Ice y053. It remained in his family until 1958.
