Possibly Dieppe, on the coast of France.

Unidentified. However, it could be one of the Haden children, possibly Arthur Charles Haden (1852-1910).
Over fifty drawings, many in sketchbooks, most of which dated from 1857-1858, were apparemtly given to Whistler's half-sister Deborah and/or her husband, Francis Seymour Haden, and were later removed from the sketchbooks.
