Woman with parasol, Freer Gallery of Art
It was known in 1904 as 'La Japonaise' or 'Japanese Parasol'. It may have been one of several studies of wind-blown draped women, for such figure compositions as Sea Beach and Figures m0384 and Design for a fan m0392.
